1 pound medium boneless pork roast
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup ketchup
2 onions, sliced
Place the pork roast in a large roasting pan and rack up using a poker to secure tightly with the handle of a saw. Put the honey, lemon juice, lemon juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, wine and ketchup in a 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and moderate heat. Cover and reduce heat, to low. Bring to a slow simmer (7 to 10 minutes), stirring occasionally, until the wine has reduced.
Stir pan juices into the pan. Heat, without stirring, for 2 minutes. Slice meat into 1 inch cubes.
Serve the pork over bone-in, toasted sirloin, or to your choosing.
