1 cup butter, chilled
3 cups white sugar

In a large bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cream cheese, butter, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla until the mixture is completely smooth. Blend thoroughly.
In a small mixing bowl, mix lemon juice and orange zest. Stir peach mixture into the whipped cream. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer fruit mixture into pie crust. Chill overnight for 2 hours, or until firm. Spoon peach mixture into pie crust, and top with orange zest.
