1 pound ground pork sausage
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 cups water
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 (10 ounce) cans condensed tomato juice concentrate
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lasagna sauce
1 (10 ounce) can lobster meat, drained
1 package dry onion salad dressing mix
1 recipe Italian-style linguini
Place sausage in a large, heavy skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain of grease. Stir in onions and water. Cover and brown on both sides. Bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in rice and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato juice concentrate and sausage. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the corn or wheat from the bottom of the pan, stir in the tomato juice concentrate, pasta, pepper and garlic seasoning. Transfer to the prepared pan. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt and pepper before serving.
