The Pretzels Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package American cheese, diced

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup sliced red onion

1 cup sliced green bell pepper

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 eggs, beaten

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons margarine, melted

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread one portion of the diced cheese in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.

In a small mixing bowl, beat together eggs, lemon juice, rosemary, paprika, margarine, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
