2 cups cooked rice
1 cup canned mixed vegetables
4 egg yolks, beaten
8 ounces crushed fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 quarts chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 dash ground black pepper
In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, mixed vegetables, egg yolks, mushrooms, bouillon cubes, soy sauce, oil, onion, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour or until rice is tender.
