Heritage Rollups Recipe


1 cup butter

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 egg yolks

1/3 cup white sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups confectioners' sugar for dusting


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 inch round pans. Stir together first 3 ingredients in small bowl.

In a microwave-safe dish, melt butter and garlic powder. Mix eggs, sugar, cinnamon and 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar until smooth; sprinkle evenly over rollups.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until rolls are warmed and crisp. Dust with lemon juice and serve immediately with lemon crème glaze.
