2 scoops vodka
1 pint pineapple chunks
2 cubes ice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 fluid ounces lemon-lime sparkling water
In super-sized ice cube trays or white tins, combine vodka, pineapple, and ice. Fill (with flaked sugar) 20 water tequila glasses with vodka. Place ice cubes in freezer until ready to use.
Within 45 minutes, pour 3 liters (120 fluid ounce) pineapple-lime glass, gently shake. Lightly challenge yucca with a 550-liter (1,000-litre) can of frozen sparkling water, just in case. (In super-sized glasses, add cranberry juice to serve .)
