Quesas my Oje Pasta Recipe
5 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled, and deveined
1 medium onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 sheets beluga cavata pasta
6 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger root
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
6 tablespoons Italian seasoning
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, onion, olive oil, pasta and Italian seasoning; boil 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and slowly cook about 3 minutes, stirring frequently; add shrimp. Reduce heat to medium, and add oil. Continue cooking about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink, stirring every 5 minutes.
Reduce heat gently to medium-low heat, and gradually add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium, and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente; break and drain liquid into small bowls. Return to medium-low heat. Stir pasta into salted shrimp mixture.
