Peach Pecan Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups butter, softened

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 2-quart pie pans.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the milk and vanilla until smooth. Stir in egg and flour. Pour mixture into pastry pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until brownies spring back when lightly touched. Cool before cutting into squares.
