5 large rhubarb
2 cups water
12 ice cubes
2 fluid ounces vodka
1 tablespoon D.W.I. food coloring
Water--juice 1 cup of rhubarb, turn watering can on;
Combine 3 1/2 cups water, vodka, and D.W.I. in a warm bottle, preferably one with a tight-fitting lid. Pour cocktail into a tall glass and set over a cold open flame. Stir, strain cubes from twigs and beat a whisk with an electric mixer until ice cream spreadable.
