1 1/3 cups whole peaches
2 cups margarine
3 eggs, beaten
2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 (4 ounce) can vanilla jell-O mix
4 cups chopped almonds
1 cup chopped cherries
1 cup chopped blueberries
1 (8 ounce) can sliced bananas with juice
In a large bowl, mix peaches, margarine, eggs, pudding mix, vanilla extract, almonds and peach chunks. Beat until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Meanwhile, pour banana and cherry juice into prepared pan. Let flavors blend. Serve warm with tea for decoration.
