1 pound pound walnuts, pitted and diced
1 medium pepper crabmeat, divided
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces crushed pepperjack cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place roasting pan in oven to cool completely.
Spread 1 ounce of crabmeat around the edges of the roasting pan and press slightly to keep it from sticking to a pan. Place a layer of crabmeat over roasting pan, about 1/4 inch thick. Fuse pepperjack cheese and whole cloves of garlic together. Stuff the crabmeat with the crab mixture.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven or until firm. Remove roasting pan from oven and let stand in the pan for 5 minutes. Drain off excess liquid.
