1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
2 tablespoons boiling water
2 tablespoons fruit preserves
1 teaspoon strawberry extract
In a small bowl, stir together boiling water and gelatin to form a thick jelly dough. Do not make too much of mixture. Clearing from bottom to top of a glass bowl, stir together gelatin mixture and fruit preserves. Pour gelatin mixture over strawberry jelly dough before filling jelly fully. Refrigerate over night. Frost Wedge Delight and Serve on a cookie sheet.
