Rosy Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons processed cheese sauce

3 tablespoons guacamole or ranch-style vegetable or chicken broth

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll product into 1 inch balls. Place 1 English muffin on the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish or two separate muffin liners.

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add meatballs and brown on all sides in hot oil. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Toss well and continue cooking 15 minutes. Remove meatballs from the pan and place in a second greased and oiled pan. Stir marinated meatballs until browned on all sides.

Add guacamole and tomato salsa dip to pan.

Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring it through with fork. Pour over meatballs and serve immediately.

I just wanted to give a positive review, but I figured I'd hit some nerves. So I'll pass it on. I used flax seed meal but it was still very good. ;)
