2 (4 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8x4 inch baking pans or two 9x6 inch casserole dishes.
Place the cream cheese and the cream of mushroom soup in a medium mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Beat in the eggs and milk. Stir in the melted butter and salt. Mix in the ham, sour cream, eggs, cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of the sweetened cream of mushroom soup. Transfer mixture to the prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into 1 inch squares.
