1 (4 ounce) can sliced garden peas
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables slivered
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place peas and carrots in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, drain the water from the ricer. In a large bowl, mix the peas and carrots; toss in the ricer cheese. Spread mixture into a 12x8 inch casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Serve hot.
