4 (4 ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts
2 (4 ounce) cans grilled shrimp, drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can peeled and diced carrots
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2/3 cup chopped onion
2 large yellow onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
In a small bowl, combine water chestnuts, shrimp and carrots. Dip pita into the water to soak; remove pita from pita and place in a mixing bowl with the tomato sauce, carrots, mushrooms, cream cheese, onion, garlic and paprika.
