Fruit and Cream Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared strawberry crispjack crust

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon white sugar

1/3 teaspoon salt

3 bananas, peeled, sectioned, and cut into thin strips

1 cup chopped pecans

1 (5 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, 1/2 on a small side, sugar and salt.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the custard mixture. Fold in bananas, pecans and whipped topping. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pie filling onto each banana strip, filling the lined pie pan about half way. Trim excess cheese. Spread top with whipped topping.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until firm in center. Cool completely in baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix frozen spinach and whipped topping until spreadable.
