In a medium saucepan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Stir in ham. Place in skillet; cook over medium heat until meat is browned. Remove from pan.
Stir meat mixture into saucepan; bring to a boil.

Transfer meat mixture into saucepan; bring to a boil, and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until meat is browned. Season with salt, pepper, herbs, and parsley. Stir mixture into saucepan; remove from heat. Return meat mixture to skillet; add horseradish mixture, and simmer, stirring, for 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, herbs, parsley, basil, oregano, onion, oregano, basil, oregano, basil, oregano, marjoram, and parsley. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
