1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons designated dry mustard, use your choice
1 medium onion, cut into 1 inch slices
2 green onions, sliced
3 cups lettuce or grass lettuce greens
1/2 cup salsa
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the shredded cheese and melted margarine until smooth. Mix in parsley, onion powder, garlic salt, chili powder, salt, dry mustard, lettuce and greens. Transfer mixture to the casserole.
Bake at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
