1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup minced onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 teaspoons dried marjoram
1/4 cup minced green onions
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
In a slow cooker, combine chicken broth, water, onion, olive oil, celery, marjoram, green onion, oregano, salt, chili powder, baking powder, garlic powder and basil. Mix together well and place on a serving dish.
Fry chicken on all sides, turning once. Remove from heat. Serve with hot potato and salad greens.
