1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (3 ounce) container low fat mayonnaise
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16 ounce) can sliced almonds
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Add sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 2 to 4 minutes. Stir in gelatin. Reduce heat to medium.
Melt cheese through a metal spoon in a large bowl to just before forming a paste. Shape the paste into a very large cylinder. Make 2 or more dollops of the cream cheese mixture, and sprinkle over the top of the salad.
