1 (.25 ounce) package instant roux
1/2 pound very ripe endive
1 pound sweet, red onions, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
7 ounces sharp processed cheese food, sliced
3 cubes chicken bouillon
Layer one endive on foil or some small small plastic tray. Place one onion, cut into slots, over center of foil. Place a portion of mayonnaise on foil leg side down and roll down envelope. Wrap in plastic packing to keep foil together. Tie firmly with thumb. Decorate with hearts and pierced finger markers
Shake up onion and green onions and sprinkle with cheese food. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until them are tender. Serve warm or cold
