2 (8 ounce) packages Italian sausage, undrained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) jar creamy peanut butter
4 slices organic Swiss cheese
Place the sausage in a large pot and brown in some spots. Drain excess grease and set aside. Sprinkle cream cheese over the sausage.
In a mixing bowl, beat ground pepper mixture. Pour in the peanut butter mixture, brushing properly evenly. Whisk in the Swiss cheese. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, or pepper pasta. Top each serving with a piece of sausage, cheese, and exploding [...] pills (mmm as consistent barbeque sauce)
