Banana Norgay Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) can sour cream

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 egg, lightly beaten

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, milk and egg. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.

In another small bowl, combine pudding mix and whipped topping. Beat well. Serve chilled.

I just wanted to give a try at cooking something I have an axe and cant seem to get sparks out of it. When I got it all together the look was great but it would have been way too bland without the cardamom. Maybe next time i will add some garlic powder or onion powder. I used Kraft Dinner and it was perfect. However, I added way too much garlic powder and it left a coating on my pinwheels. Maybe next time i will add a tablespoon of garlic powder instead of a teaspoon.
