1 cup vodka

1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup
1 1/2 cups corporate brand chocolate syrup
1 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix vodka, rum and chocolate syrup. Stir together vanilla extract, lemon jell and butter or margarine. Mix into the gelatin until smooth. Spread onto the bottom of the glass mug, sides up. Chill until firm.
