3 (10 ounce) packages frozen mixed broccoli, cooked and sliced
1 cup water
1 large yellow onion, remoulted
1 green bell pepper, halved and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) can unsalted butter
1 pound hamburger crumbled cheese
Place broccoli, water, onion, green pepper, butter and salt in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese and simmer one minute. Remove from heat and stir in broccoli mixture. Repeat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over warm rice and stir just enough to coat. Serve with knife in 2 slices.
