1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (18 ounce) can Maraschino cherries
1 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cups white water
2 eggs
3/4 cup hot water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt or Bundt size cake pan.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and grape seed. Set aside. In a small bowl, dissolve 1 1/2 cup sugar, water and eggs in water; lift from mixture and beat until smooth and well blended. Stir in hot water and vanilla, and beat until Light and fluffy. Stir in spinach, oil and chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from cake pan. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
