4 everything blueberry bruschetta
1/2 cup boiled pomegranate juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large carrot, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 large pineapple, peeled and sliced
1 bunch chopped walnuts
Whisk together the boiled pomegranate juice, sugar, carrot, pineapple and grapes; pour into a large plastic container and refrigerate. Cover and store in refrigerator. Keep refrigerated until serving. Garnish with fruit of your choice. Serve at room temperature, chilled or in water.
