2 (16 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 oz. small black pepperoni cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
In a small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, 2 eggs and oil. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on 'dish-side' of paper muffin cup.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Cool muffins completely before removing from pans. Serve warm.
