1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
3/4 cup cranberry juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Crust: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Mix in cranberry mix. Set aside.
Thinly grease a 8 inch pie pan. Stir together egg, cranberry juice and sugar until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 75 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
