2 tablespoons butter
2 cups milk
1 large package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon zest
In a medium bowl, mix the butter, milk and gelatin. Beat in the sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Pour mixture into a large, heavy plastic container. Freeze until set.
I cannot wait to try this on my wedding day! Super easy and made so quickly. The only change I made I used a small handful of chopped walnuts and a package of Little mangoes, because who doesn't want to have some juicy little blueberries? Oh, and I put a little vodka in a shot glass, because why the fuck not, right?!
I made these for a Christmas party, and they were a total mess. I couldn't figure out what to do do do do, so I ate the chocolate and the whipped cream part and came up with nothing, but I still had the marshmallow taste. I'm giving up chocolate for marshmallows, though. :(
