1 (18 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 1/2 cups strawberries
1 cup water
In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sugar, baking powder and oil. Add gelatin mixture and 1 cup strawberries, mix until well blended. Add remaining strawberries. Pour mixture over bottom and sides of 8-inch springform pan.
Slice off top of cake and scoop out the bottom and sides of the cake. Brush with pudding mix. Place cake on serving dish. Roll out a layer of pudding and frost with chocolate sauce.
Pour whipped cream between two layers of cake and spread chocolate sauce over top. Chill in refrigerator until serving. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
