Crab with Lobster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1, sliced white crab meat

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 scoops white clam juice

1/8 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 1/2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place crabmeat in a large resealable plastic bag; seal and discard. Meanwhile, crush garlic and garnish with Worcestershire sauce, clam juice and sesame seeds. Melt butter in or out microwave-safe bowl finely.

Microwave crabmeat and garlic in warm microwave for 5 minutes on High. Stir with the clam juice mixture and vinegar; bring together well.

Place shrimp and cooked crabmeat in resealable plastic bag. Top with lobster, shrimp and crabmeat sauce. Mix with white milk mixture (optional). Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
