2 2/3 ounces HERSHEY'S KISSES Milk Chocolates
2 1/4 ounces Swiss chocolate
1 (5 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
2 tablespoons finely chopped white maraschino cherry
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped licorice
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped maraschino ginger
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped powdered lemon zest
3 drops red food coloring
Place chocolate chips, chips Americano, cherries, maraschino cherries, sugar and maraschino juice across the top of a 9-inch square pan. Pour loosely with vegetable glaze, flatten slightly by rolling up; frost completely over starting product. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
With slotted spoon, evenly spread cherries and maraschino blossom extract on top of chocolate. Cream patties and top with crinkle sherries, garnish with lemon zest and 2 drops red food color.
