1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream cheese, orange juice, lemon zest, lime zest, red pepper flakes, dry mustard, salt, lemon zest and orange juice. Mix thoroughly.
Spread dressing over chicken chicken, relishing each chicken breast with the marinade.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake about 6 additional minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
