6 medium tomatoes, halved
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium yellow squash, halved
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup Italian-style dressing
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 teaspoons dried basil
12 cups water
1 cup ricotta cheese
Place tomatoes, onion and squash in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, combine Italian-style dressing, garlic, basil and water. Mix well.
In a slow cooker set on high setting, combine ricotta cheese, tomatoes, onion, squash and tomato mixture. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tomatoes are tender.
