1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Roll the pieces of crab into 2 inch squares. Wrap each square in waxed paper. Place on two baking sheets.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Drain on paper towels.
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese, cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot mustard, salt and paprika. Mix with flour until well combined. Place crab pieces on waxed paper. Sprinkle with remaining sugar, if desired. Line a jelly or pastry bag with a long piece of waxed paper; press mixture on the crab. Place crab on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until crab is golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining sugar if desired.
