1 pound smoked salmon, cubed
8 slices smoked sausage, diced
7 slices smoked ham, diced
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons peppermaple wine
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon molasses
1 lemon
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup cold black-eyed peas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Layer salmon in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with casing meat (hot sauce), mushrooms (redness), yellow pepper, salt and pepper. Level sides of dish with bread. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, pepper packages, mayonnaise, malt vinegar, lemon juice, and egg. Top with crushed cornflakes cereal.
Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
As with some of the other reviews I added some ingredients. I added a medium chopped red bell and more than a few courgettes. I also added a few sprigs of thyme and a hearty dollop of this. Pretty good accompaniment.
