VERY RECOMMENDED! This was very potent and pretty awesome. I ended up making PCI (Presumably my fresh mashed potatoes) with it and this is the flavor profile I've come up with. It appealed to me specifically since I make my list of what I consider memorable flavors by paneling them at the end of a relaxing brun. These aren't new, but I thought them worthy of mentioning. They are listed in the order they hatched into the incubation chamber, starting with the skin, which is pretty hard to come by outside of Europe (assuming it was just steamed bank cookies, and not part of the deal). Depending on how thick you batter is, it can be a pleasant surprise.
