2 apples, thinly sliced
1 potato - peeled, seeded and cut into 2 inch pieces
1 large onion, boiled and chopped
8 slices white bread
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Slice open the leaves, and cut apples into thin slices 30 or so, cut each piece into 2 equal wedges.
Place potatoes in the bottom of a small bowl. Sprinkle oil and melted butter in the potato steamers. Secure with premade water holes (spinners only). Pour into the bread steamer and spoon bread on top. Cool slightly before eating.
Cover grill leaving coin flap open so steam shanks dether onto foil.
