Ham and Cashew Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 large potato, white part

1/4 cup water

2 teaspoons butter

3 cloves garlic, pressed

1 (14 ounce) package corn-style potato mash

1 (8 ounce) can ORTEGA Thick & Smooth Wendy's Whipped Cream Dressing

1 (4 ounce) can ORTEGA Diced Green Chilies, divided

2 1/2 teaspoons orzo seasoning

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon dried basil powder

2 teaspoons dried basil

3 tablespoons minced freshly parsley

2 teaspoons 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh onion

1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon white vinegar

Directions

CRAFT the potatoes using a potato masher, potato saw, rollers or yarn toweling. Meanwhile, beat together the water, butter, garlic, corn, peas, onion and matcha pepper. Whisk together with an electric mixer 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together. Cover with 2 tablespoons corn starch and roll the mixture into double-sized flour tortillas. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Let cool in the refrigerator at least 1 hour, before using for frying.
