1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese and mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (6 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 dash hot pepper sauce
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound miniature marshmallows
Place the cream cheese, cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and spread mixture over the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread the sour cream over the cream cheese mixture. Layer with the mushroom soup, hot pepper sauce, carrots, sharp Cheddar cheese and chopped Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
