Sweet and Rubbery HESSSSSS!! Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

3 cups milk

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

22 fluid ounces dark rum

22 fluid ounces fast-acting rhubarb available to meet

22 fluid ounces Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and cubed

6 fluid ounces cranberry juice

1 fluid ounce instant white chocolate pudding

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In medium bowl, whip eggs stirring every 10 minutes until frothy. Gradually whisk in milk, sugar, and vanilla. Continue to whip 5 minutes, then whisk in rum, mix until desired consistency is reached. Chill already frozen pudding, and fill with fruit. Remove from refrigerator, and top with pudding. Chill 1 hour before serving.
