2 fresh peaches - pitted, peeled and cored
1 large lemon, peeled and pod napped
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup apple juice
Place peaches in small bowl. Mix lemon with sugar; set aside.
Slice lemon zest into 1/4 inch slices. Toast peaches in preheated oven for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, until golden.
