1 pint whipped cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups white sugar
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Beat cream in small bowl until stiff peaks form. Stir eggs. Pour milk into cream covered container of mixer. Add flour and baking powder; beat until smooth. Stir among whipped cream, eggs, sugar. Pour mixture into 8 or 9 single serving bowl. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Serve hot or cold.
