1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 (9 ounce) package vanilla flavored instant coffee granules
1 cup crispy rice cereal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, beat together the butter, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and milk until smooth. Fold in the vanilla and cereal.
Pour batter into a large baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until puffed and golden brown.
