1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup packed light brown sugar
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut in cubes
1 lemon, sliced
1 (14 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice, orange juice, chicken broth, garlic, lemon juice and brown sugar. Cover and refrigerate at least three hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake chicken at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove breasts from oven, and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade, and brush with remaining lemon juice, lemon slices, lemon slices and lemon slices. Pour into green baking pan, and crease both sides of each breast. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
