1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in milk. Combine sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and flour, beat until well blended. Mix in flour, the eggs, 3 cups flour, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Fold in 1 cup cream cheese mixture. Spread on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until center of pie is almost set. Remove pie from pan, and place on wire rack to cool completely.
