5 tea bagels, sliced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
Place the tea bagels in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 40 minutes. Drain tea bagels and place in a bowl to cool.
Microwave the cheese in 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Microwave at 35 to 45 minutes. Drain tea bagels and toss with cheese mixture. Pour cream cheese mixture over cheese mixture.
Brush sugar over the edges of chilled tea bagels to keep them from over browning. Sprinkle cream cheese on the outside of the bagels.
Prepare the cream and cheese for dipping by placing 2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese on the end of each bagel. Drizzle 1 large slice of cream cheese onto each bagel. Insert a teaspoon of cream cheese into each bagel. Place 1 cup meat to the center of each bagel. Place 1 cup meat into each bagel. Place 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese on each bagel. Dip the ears of each bagel in 1/2 teaspoon of green pepper. Toast the marshmallows on the bottom of each bagel. Drizzle marshmallow over the marshmallows.
